[20w10a] Anvil name bar cannot be interacted with

In Minecraft snapshot 20w10a, anvils cannot be used to rename items, as clicking on the tan name bar does nothing. It does not bring up a cursor to type a name with. Otherwise, anvils function correctly. The issue affects both Survival and Creative mode, and appears to affect all items.

This was discovered when I attempted to rename a name tag for later use. I tested further with multiple items in Creative mode, and none could be renamed.

This issue does not appear to be present in 20w09a or previous development versions.
