Go to the newest minecraft snapshot,select a world(I found it in survival) get a fishing rod and cast it.There is a cast but the fishing rod's texture is uncasted(I used no texture packs)

Actually it is a duplicate of MC-171484.
I just found out that this sometimes occurs, and sometimes doesn't.
