This is a duplicate of MC-63590. Effectively, the server is lagging to the point that the watchdog shuts it down. See that report for details.
I am noticing a couple things though. First is that your server is running up in memory usage, so you might want to increase that. Second is that you are using Java 11, which is not officially supported. It is recommended you try using Java 8.
