Sticky Pistons get extended without redstone signals

Built a lot of sticky pistons in a chain with redstone blocks. After some time, some pistons got extended without receiving a redstone signal. I tried to update them by placing a block next to them, which sometimes worked, but not always. I removed every block around them and replaced them, but they kept receiving a signal. And 10mb is not enough to submit a good video.
