In the programmer art texture pack the crimson/warped nylium and nether gold ore don't have the old texture of netherrack in it. All the netherrack around it is the old texture but the nylium for some reason the nylium and nether gold ore doesn't.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-169889, so I 'veresolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
