You can unhighlight the recipe book button of crafting interfaces

To reproduce

1. Open your inventory in survival or right-click a crafting table

2. Hit tab

3. Hit shift-tab and observe the button lose its highlight

This is inconsistent with the pause menu and the recipe book on furnaces, amongst others.
