[MC-174760] Toggle Shift toggles on/off while shift clicking items in a chest

While shift clicking items in a chest, the toggle shift will toggle on/off randomly whenever shift clicking and exiting the chest.

How to reproduce

Enable toggle sneak in the accessibility settings
Open a container
Shift click some items
Close the container approximately at the same time as letting go of shift
→ ❌ Sneak might toggle once
