What it says on the tin, I can't get the F 2, 5, and 11 keys to work. Using the FN key does not work to fix the problem. Problem persists to both Latest Snapshot (20w11a) and down to 1.13.2.
Unlike a previous report, F3 does work, crash report attached generated via F3 + C.
(Also, minecraft is not overriding function keys from the OS, causing both the OS and minecraft to react if key has functions for both, but changing the BIOS of the computer to require the FN key to be used at the same time works around that.)

It does persist with a different keyboard. From a completely different brand, for paranoia's sake. This is a new problem, these keys have worked in the past, and still do on release 1.12.2, I just checked. For the last version of 1.13, 1.14, and 1.15, and the current snapshot, they don't. That is not a keyboard issue.
Got any diagnostics I could run? Or at least an alternate way to go to full screen, and change the camera mode?
Those keys work completely fine for me, on both computers. I haven't heard any other reports of this either. Do you have any other software that might interfere, such as a game overlay? If so, does disabling that software solve the issue?
As a workaround, you can change the keybindings in the options menu, obviously.
This is probably an issue with your notebook's keyboard. What model is it? Does the issue persist if you're using an external keyboard?
