[MC-175045] Enchantment glints can be seen from inside banners

Using F5 mode, putting the camera inside of a banner will make a enchantment glint overlay on the inside of the banner.

Hey Nick!

I tried the glitch that you had and I had different effects, I used all types of banners even the Ominous Banner with invisiblity and elytras but I still couldn't get the same effects.

By chance did you use a version other than 1.15.2?

Hm, thats intresting. The world in the screenshots have always been on 1.15.2. Have you tried banners from other raid members, or from pillager captains themselves?
