[MC-175181] Respawn anchor explodes doesn't update lighting

After I use the new respawn anchor and it blows up.

And the lighting in the specific area doesn't seemed to update.

Same in Overworld setting.

for me this only happened in 1 specific block and it had a buggy collision.

edit: if you put a block where the glitchy block is then it will be replace with the block that was there before it exploded. I don't know if this is a separate issue or weather its the same
