Misrotated floor block in savanna_small_house_1, savanna_small_house_2, savanna_small_house_3 and savanna_small_house_7

Can you double check in what version that structure has been generated? I cannot reproduce this in 1.15.2 and higher.

That was a freshly generated world in 20w12a. Perhaps it doesn't always happen. I will check all small houses in savanna villages and I will let you know.

That is because if it is generated in specific direction, the misrotation is not visible. If you look thru the debug screen, you will see that it is not axis "y."
