[MC-175782] insanely powerful wither dies in 30 seconds

when you go to the roof of the nether, and spawn the wither horizontally, it goes into the bedrock and gets suffocated for thirty seconds, then gives you a free nether star. The wither is overpowered, though, it should have some reduced powers.

You can try in vanilla minecraft. The wither still suffocates in bedrock.
