[MC-175998] Striders are moving very fast between two blocks or when diagonally running into blocks

The strider has a low speed. But when I ride it between two blocks, it gets faster.

This happens when parallel to a flat wall as well, meaning only one set of blocks is needed, not two.

I just experienced the bug in the latest snapshot 20w16a with a world spawned Strider in the Nether, as I was riding it while looking a little bit to the wall, but not parallel to a flat wall in the new structures.
I was playing in a windows dedicated server through a Linux client (Manjaro)
