Possible ways of resolving this:
Remove lodestone compass from map crafting recipe.
Maps crafted with a lodestone compass will use the coordinates of the lodestone compass to initialise the map. This could be implemented as crafting the map on the crafting table, or combining an empty map and lodestone compass in a cartography table.
