[MC-176141] Guardians swim in lava

Starting from 20w12a the path finding of guardians dramatically changed causing them to swim in lava and not fall through it.

Environment

Windows 10, Snapshot 20w13a, Snapshot 20w12a, Guardian, Guardian Farm
