[MC-176219] Villagers are unable to pick up any food thrown at them

I have recently updated my world to 20w13a and discovered while making librarian villagers that any villager can't pick up any kind of food thrown at them, regardless of job. They will try to pick up the food but will eventually ignore it.

What is /gamerule mobGriefing set to?

It was set to false while doing the report and changed it back to true after the report. In previous snapshots villagers could pick up food regardless of this gamerule, and they currently don't have their inventory full
