Villagers dropping down a block when leaving minecarts

I have the same problem in 1.16.1 not tested in 1.16.2

I cannot seem to reproduce this issue in 20w49a. I've attached a video which shows this.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.16.4 stable release or the latest 1.17 development snapshot.
