Mouse moving creating lags (low fps)

Install Minecraft once again to play like good old time.

Play for around 2 days, and in solo games (don't know if it happens in multiplayer) i started get little freezes, like a micro second but still quite perturbating.
I watched with F3 and it seems it's when i move the move my fps are going down to around 15. In fact i can load 16 chunks and still stay above 30fps, i can walk and use tools but when the mouse is moved it get laggy A LOT.
I experienced that when i go in a bed (where you don't move obviously) it goes same way when i move my mouse. So i think it's related to the mouse and not the loading of the display of the world that makes it lag.

Loaded a new game and still does it, but after a minute or 2 it stopped :O. I still got the same problem the next day but going in another world didn't solve it this time. And now 3rd day of playing and still having this issue.
Would not be playable for a someone that goes 200 fps all the time but i'm used to 25 fps or around so don't stress too much i can handle it, but still if you can fix it i would thank you a lot and ... have a nice life ?<3

PL;DR Moving my mouth gets my fps low but nothing else.

See if the issue persists with lower view/render distance settings.

Actually the "video settings" section changes nothing, tried to lower everything to the minimal and nothing changes. That's why i posted here btw ... usually i play with bugs but here i've no solutions 😉 😞

It happens to me on 1.16.3 vanilla

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.16.5 stable release or the latest 1.17 development snapshot.
