Bug is preventing me from getting XP from Blocks and is Glitching a lot.

I was just building a portal to the nether, but when I got in the nether I tried to mine Netherrack and Soul sand , also Quarts for XP but it keep glitching and prevented me from getting the resources I needed for my Minecraft world.

This specific bug is preventing me from doing the things I need for my minecraft world it's not just the nether that's glitching it's my regular minecraft world too it keeps me from picking things up , mining , building , and fighting Mobs.

I can't really think of anything thing else about this bug , but I hope you can fix it.
