I broke the game

As stated, I broke the game. I tried to teleport to 100000000 0 100000000. It puts me outside of this weird, alien cage around the Minecraft world. I am unable to teleport back to any other normal place. But, I am able to fly and can cross the alien border without difficulty. However, Once across, I cannot re-cross. I have added pictures of each of the three situations below. Also attached is the debug screen. Lastly, if I try and fly above the cage, the blue bars disappear. But I am kept from escape by an invisible force. I have not been able to fly out from under the cage, as the same problem presents. I am unable to change to survival when in this position. Otherwise I would try and fall to my death and forget this whole mess. Am I stuck like this? Also, I could not close Minecraft without doing it with my PC task manager. I hope I have not broken it too badly. There was much that I loved that I have now lost. I am sad and have wept for many days trying to leave the alien's cage. Please help. Please. If you try and teleport to this location on other devices, does it do the same? Or am I alone? I have found no other idiots on the forums who have done this like me. It seems that this has never been explored before.
