The door works as two blocks.

What I expected to happen was...:
I could easily open my door.
What actually happened was...:
I went home while I saw the door was just worked as two blocks with different nbt. And I couldn't open it with right-click.
Steps to Reproduce:
I don't know how to reproduce it, but what I had done after use the door last time when it worked properly is to go to the nether, break some warped fungi, and go back to overworld.
when I use the door last time it was opened by wooden pressure plate
1. go to nether
2. come back to overworld
3. look at the door
