Joining messages no longer show up to player when joining multiplayer server.

Bug: The player can not see their own "(player) joined the game" message. 

Expected/Previous behavior: In 1.15.2 and any versions prior to the newest snapshots, when the player joined the game on multiplayer servers, they would see their own join message appear in the chat immediately.

Current behavior: In the 1.16 snapshots, players joining a multiplayer game no longer see their own "(player) joined the game" message, however, they do get notified when another player joins the game as usual.

STR:
1. Log into Minecraft with internet access
2. Join a multiplayer game that is running on one of the latest snapshots.
3. Observe how you no longer see a message stating "(your username) has joined the game"
