[MC-177305] Client crashes when connecting to bad 3rd party server

The server I was connecting to didn't send a ClientboundUpdateTagsPacket and crashed at net.minecraft.tags.StaticTagHelper$Wrapper.resolve. It should disconnect instead of crashing.

This is not a technical support request, this is a client bug. No one server should crash the Minecraft client, even 3rd party server.
