The bug
Relates to MC-176163
Mobs riding on saddled pigs shouldn't be controlling the pigs unless they have carrots on sticks to antagonize the pigs. Not sure if this is intended or not if mobs riding on saddled pigs/striders should be able to control them or not.

Baby zombies/mobs can ride any mobs. Ive seen them on sheep, pigs, horses, & cows.
What version of Minecraft are you playing? This is the Java Edition of Minecraft.
Can confirm in 21w03a. Feel free to use the following command to reproduce this issue:
/summon pig ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:"husk"}],Saddle:1b}

Baby zombies/mobs can ride any mobs. Ive seen them on sheep, pigs, horses, & cows. I don't think it matters of they have a saddle or not? Pigs without a saddle ive seen baby mobs ride on. Also horses without a saddle they can control.
