[MC-178016] MC Snapshot 10w15a Enderman Hostility

I'm not 100% sure its a bug but i had some cases of Enderman becoming aggressive after approximately 0.5 seconds of visual contact (sometimes i'm not even looking directly at them) in the nether (not sure about the overword)

The random Ender-muggers are brutal. No normal form of agro is needed. They just want to "keel yoooo"

Endermen will attack you if you look at their face, no matter for how long. Even if it's just a single frame, they'll still teleport to you and attack you.

Please provide some steps to reproduce if this is still an issue for you.
