Dispensed a mine cart and the mine cart obtains a texture of a creeper, skeleton, slime, and zombie.

This is a general bug with normal minecart textures which has already been fixed for the next release, as reported by grumm. This most likely has to do with the texture format being modified again for compatibility with the new resource pack system.
