i was on survival in the new snapshot and i entered the fortress and sudendly there sarted spawning a lot of ghasts

I do not think this is a bug. If a lot of ghasts spawned, it might be a biome where ghasts are common, and as long as they have enough space, they can spawn inside of fortresses.
