Player can jump on fence

One is able to jump on fence/gate/wall if another fence/wall is placed underneath it.

But, I'm not sure, if it's bug.

It is because you are able to catch the hitbox of the fence below (1.5 blocks), and therefore the next fence is now only 1 block, which you are able to jump over
