[MC-178322] if more then 2 players join a server it lags

so i made a server for my friends and i, if a 3rd play joins (it could be anyone) the 2 people who are on my server have bad lag, how ever i as the owner dont lag at all. please help!

What are the server launch arguments? Can you also attach an image with the F3 debug screen active?

If you are self hosting your server, it could simply be caused by a poor upstream bandwidth.

sorry guys i forgot to update, its because i have 1mb of upstream so i cant host. i gave the server to a friend with 300 upstream and it works perfect
