[MC-178441] Endermen don't avoid the wither's skull projectiles

Endermen don't teleport away from the wither's skull projectiles, and get hit instead. This applies to both normal and blue variants.

Can confirm. This seems to be because wither skull impact damage is not classed as "IndirectEntityDamageSource" in the code, unlike projectiles such as arrows, splash potions and fireballs.
