Minecraft Crash

I have the Problem that my minecraft game wont start. First i downloades the launcher. There was no Problem. Then i launched the game over it and minecraft started but crashed while loading ( First Installation). At first i had the error Code -805306369. Then I gave minecraft more ram from 2 gb to 4 gb. Now ist the same Problem but i have the  Exit Code 1. pls help 😃
