So, I had just paid to get my realm back up so my friends and I could play. Well, my friends had gotten to getting their nether portal down first because I had set off on my own. Well I tried to make my own nether portal and it pops me out to where theirs is in the nether, and when I go back through it, I get sent to their house instead of mine. You can't have more than one portal apparently.

Nether portals do not link 1:1, see MC-530, instead they search for the closest portal in the other dimension. Also have a look at the wiki article.
it's common in singleplayer too. I hope they fix it soon, but for now, go to your portal in the overworld, take the coordinates, and rebuild the portal in the nether with the x and y coordinates divided by 8.
Example:
your portal in the overworld is at (640, 65, 200)
rebuild portal in nether at (80, 65, 25)
