my enchanting table doesn`t work

so i created a redstone mechanism that pulls and drags bookshelves for my enchanting table,i`ve done it and now my enchanting table doesn`t work anymore like it shows the enchants but only if you are level 8,7......1 and not 30 like it should.i tried to break the enchanting table and put it back and the bookshelves just don`t work.
