The Bug
When attempting to un-tie a lead after attempting to ride a horse away the lead knot will will stay on the fence post and unable to be untied.
Replicate (I don't really know how to replicate so I will just describe some of the steps I did)
Tie a tamed to a lead and fence that is two blocks above the ground
While the lead is still tied attempt to ride with horse till it strains the lead (Might have to do this multiple times)
If done successfully you will be unable to remove the lead
