I was wandering around in the Piglin Bastion, and I heard a Chicken and saw it in the subtitles. I went to spectator mode to find the chicken in one of the Blackstone towers

This could be caused by a baby zombified piglin chicken jockey that spawned riding on a strider... MC-176094
But, I don't know for sure, but a baby zombified piglin chicken jockey might have spawned and then the piglin was killed.
