I loaded into my game that I have put a lot of hours into, and when I when into my house, the chunk of the world where my bed, armor stand, and chest with all of my diamonds are at are gone and replaced with a huge chunk of land. I look over to my right and I see the chunk of my house that is missing, I go over to it and the chest that housed my diamonds was completely empty.

1.14.4 is an unsupported version and this issue will be closed as invalid.
To answer your issue however, you need to get more RAM or free some up by closing other applications whilst playing the game.
