[MC-17928] wont let game start

Environment

minecraft gave me a crash report and now i can't start it again, i can get to the main screen and to where my world should be but after i click on my map it crashes, how do include my crash report as well?

that one said my java was out of date i reinstalled with 0 success, ièm going to loose my mind if i lost this map ive got 400 hours of building a village with 100+ villages and was about to fight a wither
