Dog won't get up or accept bones

My minecraft dog/wolf which I have tamed some time ago, I'm sure of it, won't get up on my empty hand right click command. I tried retaming him with bones or meat, nothing helped. As if he is not tamed anymore and won't get up

What I expected to happen was...:
For him to get up and follow me when i right click on him with empty hand

What actually happened was...:
I have described it above

1. Just right click him, he won't obey
