Minecraft removes items from crafting slots in the survival inventory

Sorry for my bad English.

If you use a repeated command block and than use the command: clear @a minecraft:diamond 0 in it. The item doesn't matter, in this case I used the diamond.

If you than go back to your survival inventory and put than some items in your crafting box. It will automatically removes every item in it. Caused by the clear command.
