I was mining in a cave. I heard spider noises and went there. Suddenly I saw an invisible spider. Only the eyes were visible. They were shining. It attacked me. I was shocked so I couldn't screenshot. I haven't seen anything like that before.

Spiders can spawn with random status effects, including invisibility, depending on the difficulty: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Spider#Status_effects
