Hoglins and Piglins spin around

Does this only happen to ones in the bastion remnants? Do hoglins in crimson forests or spawned by spawn eggs do the same?

Hoglins outside bastions do the same

I noticed that piglins sometimes do it too. Usually in the Hoglins Stable bastion type, but sometimes outside the bastions.
