[MC-179982] I am unable to place blocks and unable to shoot arrows and fish.

Using the right-click button it is not letting me place my blocks or use my bow or fish. it doesn't matter if I'm in creative or survival it won't allow me to do those things. I tried restarting it and it still doesn't work.

1. Check your keybinds
2. Check for issues with your mouse
3. Restart your computer
