the rain is glitched

After the 20w17a update the rain is going through my house, in all of my created worlds. when I break the block and replace it the rain stops going though, and it doesn't just do it with just one or two blocks it does it in large patches and outside it isnt raining everywhere it is only raining in patches as well.
