Large Biomes doesn't effect the new nether biomes.

I tested with the same seed at the same cords with 2 different worlds 1 with large biomes 1 without. Not sure if this actually is a bug or just an oversight or maybe it's intended idk but I think Large biomes should effect the new 1.16 nether biomes
