i was mining in a low Y like 12, and then i realised it was raining under ground, there goes some pictures. it was a mining made by me, i dont know if in caves, other seeds, it is also with this bug. seed:-1761571113089423202

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-179845, so I've resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
