The Bug
When looking down while having a tool or weapon in hand there are lines of pixels that do not appear (My gear was enchanted so it may be because of that).
Replicate
Have a tool or weapon in hand (mine was enchanted and netherite)
Look down
Notice some pixels are white or transparent
