Lot's of Mob Spawning in New Nether Biomes

I don't know if this is intentional but when in the new nether biomes there have been a excessive amount of mob spawning. The amount of Ghasts and Skeletons made it impossible to even make across the nether. There would be 4-5 ghasts and 6-10 skeletons almost at all time. Plus 2-3 Hoglins. This makes it impossible to do anything in the nether.
