[MC-180782] Occasionally, when logging into a world, textures glitch out

Occasionally when I go into my world, all of the textures glitch out and I have to relog more than once to try and get it to fix. If I can reproduce this again I will attach the screenshot.

Probably my laptop's graphics card is very outdated. Though it CAN support Fabulous! graphics...

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.16.4 stable release or the latest 1.17 development snapshot.
