While enchanting my fishing rods to make my fishing experience faster, i got a bug where 1 to 2 enchantments wont show up. Usually the 3rd enchantment option is ok and doesnt go away, but it blocks out 2 enchantments for it. Ive only seen it with Fishing Rods. It prevents me from enchanting them!
