Rain appears to be falling through solid stone. Don't know what causes it, but taking my texture pack off, and relogging does nothing. You can put a block to stop the rain, but more seem to appear when that is done. (Picture refuses to attach, but I could email it if necessary)

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-179845, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.

I can confirm that I also have this issue. However it's not just underground, I was working on a build above ground, and when it started raining, the rain was coming through Dark Prismarine, Terracotta, and Concrete.
